The Adolescents and Youth Behavioral Clubhouse (AYB) delivers an integrated clinical and faith-based model of respite care and behavioral health services to retrain young minds, transform behaviors, and unlock human potential. We equip adolescents and youth with essential cognitive, emotional, and moral frameworks for optimal outcomes while addressing systemic challenges to build resilient families and purpose-driven leaders.

Therapeutic Respite Care
Short-term, structured relief care for families of youth with behavioral and emotional challenges. Delivered in-home, in the community, or at our facility. Aligned with Maryland 1915(i) HCBS standards.
Behavioral Skill-Building & Psychoeducation
Structured, evidence-based modules across 100 clinical topics. Delivered in 60–90 minute sessions with age-differentiated content for all five developmental brackets (ages 5–21).
Family Coaching & Guardian Support
Equipping caregivers with practical tools to reinforce growth at home. Includes weekly feedback sessions, behavioral guide handbooks, crisis prevention planning, and family dynamics management support.
Peer Connection & Wellness
Group-based sessions fostering healthy social connections, peer mentorship, identity development, and community belonging. Structured around our 5-Zone model for holistic social-emotional growth.
Crisis Prevention & Intervention
Proactive safety planning and rapid response support for youth in acute behavioral or emotional distress. Our on-call MTS team provides around-the-clock guidance and de-escalation support for enrolled families.
Transition & Life Skills
Specialized support for youth ages 17–21+ navigating the transition to adulthood. Career mapping, independent living skills, community integration, and mentorship pathways designed for lasting stability.

IPC / Plan of Care (POC) Signing Requirements
• Guardian and youth (age-appropriate) must sign the IPC/POC within7–14 days of authorization
• Signing acknowledges acceptance of the therapeutic respite model, 3-month outcomes, MTS/Health Home integration, and out-of-pocket responsibilities
• Digital signatures accepted via a secureHIPAA-compliant platform
• Failure to sign within the timeline may delay services or result in waitlist placement
• All fees due at the start of each 3-month authorization period
